For starters, the Knicks currently have a couple Point Guards certainly looking for point guards to lead them to the promised land. Right now the point guards on the team are Frank Ntilikina, Elfrid Payton and Denis Smith Jr..  Each one of these players do not have guaranteed deals after next season so the Knicks have some latitude to potentially make a big move at the position. The name that has been thrown around a lot is Lamelo Ball. His brother is Lonzo Ball who currently plays for the New Orleans Pelicans.

Certainly, there are some positives around Ball. He is 6’7 with impressive quickness. He also has a sharp      handle and has impressed while playing overseas in Latvia and Australia. Although we may need to move some pieces to create space for him (4 point guards on the active roster may be a bit much!!) his potential may be worth it if he can drop to us in the NBA draft.
